How the solve unfolds

Every step below follows by pure logic — no guessing, ever. That is the whole promise of Loomlock: because each board is verified solvable by deduction alone, an edge is only ever drawn when it is provable.

  1. Start at the 0 in row 2, column 3. A zero forbids the loop from touching that cell, so all four of its edges come straight off the board as crosses — no deduction required. The board carries 5 zeros in all, each an instant foothold.
  2. The 3 at row 5, column 2 carries the cord on three of its four sides; in the finished loop only its top edge stays open, which pins down the corners around it.

From there the loop rule finishes the job: at each lattice node the cord either passes straight through or turns, but it can never branch, cross itself, or dead-end, and every clue must end up satisfied by exactly one closed loop. Follow those constraints and the answer above is the only place they can all be true at once.
